Block #005: Store Up Treasure in Heaven

Wealth becomes eternal when it serves the purposes of Heaven.

Scripture:
“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and thieves break in and steal.” – Matthew 6:19

Reflection/Teaching:
Jesus did not condemn wealth; He condemned misplaced trust. The problem is not treasure, it is where we store it. Fiat wealth erodes because it’s rooted in systems of decay. Bitcoin, by contrast, cannot rust or be stolen through inflation. Yet even bitcoin is not heaven. It is a tool, not a savior.

God invites us to view money as mission fuel. When our resources serve eternal purposes, they become treasure in heaven. Bitcoin simply gives believers a more honest tool to steward earthly value for heavenly impact.

Our challenge is to use incorruptible money to build incorruptible lives.

Pray about how to align your wealth with your worship. What portion of your earnings could be re-purposed to fund truth, discipleship, or freedom?

Father, shift my eyes from accumulation to purpose. Let every investment and act of giving reflect my trust in You. Amen.
